Covid-19 is affecting everyone and every industry still, so here at Cotton On MCR we are taking all precautions we can to make sure our events and working environments are safe for all.
We will be following Government guidelines strictly to make sure we are hosting safe and clean events. At the workshops, we’ll be providing: hand sanitizer, as well as individual materials (no sharing) and will arrange socially distanced seating. Masks will not be provided by us but are mandatory for the workshops – depending on the venue, you may be able to remove these whilst at your seat, this will be advised on the live event. Gloves will be provided for certain workshops but are not mandatory.
All surfaces will be cleaned prior to your arrival with anti-bacterial products which include bleach, to help kill any bacteria. These surfaces will also be thoroughly cleaned following your departure.
In addition, please note, that the details you provide on purchasing tickets for the workshops will be used for the NHS Track and Trace should it be necessary to do so. They will not be used for any other purposes and not shared with any other person(s), company or organisation.
We will also be encouraging the use of the NHS app and scanning a QR code. This is to help stop the spread of coronavirus and help track your movements should this need to be done.
You must NOT attend any workshop and you MUST self isolate if you have any of the following symptoms: a high temperature, a consistent cough, loss of sense of smell and taste. Do not attend if you have been tested positive for Covid-19 and/or awaiting test results. Do not attend if you live with someone that has been tested positive for Covid-19, or if anyone in your support bubble has been tested positive. Do not attend if you have been advised by the NHS to self isolate as a result of Track and Trace, or if you are in quarantine after returning from traveling to a high risk country.
If there are any concerns please feel free to contact us and let us know. In the meantime, enjoy yourselves, check out all the workshops we’ve got to offer, and hopefully we’ll see you there!
